Andy is a Partner at Hudson Wealth Management, where he works closely with successful individuals, families, and business owners to help them make informed financial decisions and pursue lasting financial security. Since co-founding the firm with Mark Wilcox in 2013, Andy has been committed to delivering personalized wealth management that integrates investment management, retirement income planning, estate planning, and comprehensive financial planning.
Drawing on more than two decades of experience in corporate management and more than twenty years as a financial advisor, Andy understands that every client's financial journey is unique. Rather than relying on standardized solutions, he develops customized strategies designed around each client's goals, family dynamics, tax considerations, and long-term vision. His planning process begins with a comprehensive discovery conversation that identifies both immediate priorities and future objectives, resulting in a flexible financial roadmap that evolves as life changes.
Andy's diverse professional background provides clients with practical insight that extends beyond investments. He values long-term relationships built on trust, thoughtful advice, and disciplined planning, helping clients navigate major life transitions with confidence while preserving the wealth they have worked hard to build.
Andy earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame and completed the educational requirements for the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation through John Carroll University. He has held the CFP® certification since 2004, demonstrating advanced expertise in comprehensive financial planning and an ongoing commitment to professional excellence through continuing education.
As an independent fiduciary advisor, Andy is free from proprietary investment products and corporate sales incentives. This independence allows him to provide objective recommendations and tailored strategies based solely on each client's best interests.
Andy and his wife, Cheryl, have been married for more than 40 years and have called Hudson home since 1991. They are the proud parents of Allison and Matt and enjoy spending time with their two grandchildren. Andy has devoted many years to serving the community through the Kiwanis Club of Hudson, where he is a two-time past president, current board member, and longtime volunteer supporting youth programs and community initiatives.
