Mark is the Founder & CEO of Hudson Wealth Management, a boutique firm specializing in retirement planning, risk management and estate planning; as well as, asset and investment management.
Mark’s ability to help clients stems not only from his extensive experience, but also from a wealth of education. He graduated from the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science in Personal Finance. He has also earned the prestigious designation of Certified Financial Planner™ professional. Earning this designation required advanced coursework in taxes, retirement planning, estate planning, investments, risk management and other financial planning issues. Keeping the designations demands adhering to a strict code of ethics and maintaining a vigorous program of continuing education.
In addition to experience and training, Mark brings to clients his status as an independent wealth advisor – which means he is not pressured by anyone to sell certain financial products or meet sales quotas. He is free to search the marketplace and recommend financial programs that are driven strictly by his clients’ needs and best interests. Dealing with him, clients receive a full, objective, well-thought-out financial plan, not a sales pitch.
Mark believes in the community where he lives and works. He has shared his time and seasoned experience by sitting on a number of charitable boards throughout the Cleveland area. He has served for over a decade on the Board of Deacons at Christ Community Chapel in Hudson and served on several other charitable boards, including the Habitat for Humanity. He is also proud to be a member of Dave Ramsey's SmartVestor Pro program, helping fans of Dave Ramsey to invest their assets in accordance with the Biblical principles that Dave teaches. Mark, and his wife, Danielle, have been married for over 17 years and have two beautiful daughters, Isabella and Gabrielle. They enjoy spending family time together, especially when they are serving others.
The SmartVestor program is a directory of investment professionals. Advisors pay a fee to belong to SmartVestor. Commonwealth Financial Network is not affilated with and does not endorse Dave Ramsey and SmartVestor. Neither Dave Ramsey nor SmartVestor are affiliates of Hudson Wealth Management.
